Fixes on GDocument's implementation of DomDocument: properties and element collections

* Fixed setting values by default for properties
* Fixed get_elements_by_tag_name(), get_elements_by_tag_name_ns()
  and get_elements_by_class_name()
* Fixed doctype searching for first Doctype node
